today had training in the morning..it was fun..
carried weights up for my climb..heavy...
my movement becomes heavy and diff to breathe.~
happy that i accomplished to the top^^
after that did yoga flex..i did a front split?!
climbing make me flxible~^^ can pass napfa~
then went to coffee express to eat lunch with zhining.
it was raining heavily..no umbrella..
long time no walked in the rain already..
than went to pay dad medical fees?hahas..
than ppl all say whoa your drench?!
went home and bathe.~and JIN is out~and kimi ni todoke~
jaechunsu appearing on MAMA~!!^^
though lots of pyul-ri not joining..
nice nice...now going to watch gokusen!!^^
