today's training only have 6 ppl..Little!!
but it was quite fun^^me and zhining get to lead
pt and yoga strength..count and encourage the club
with a little expression throughout the session~
became much lively^^ and cool~training with
small numbers.. really very wired~but at first only~
and ms nuraini joined us~shes good at balancing!
everything went smoothly:D and we did a final debrief.
and decided tmr we ran from scool busstop to tampines
swimming complex.~love all the morining runs!
HEalthy!:)^^ and though the distance is more tha 2.4km..
but its better than going to the stadium and run rounds..:)
hmmm..I realllly hope Tmr i CAN swimm!!><
cux can directly go into the pool~^^ after land?hahas..
after training,,me nikki zhining and alif went to
coffee express to eat again..has been eating there for the
past few after training session~and we had a cool talk after
we ate~talk about the from class,teachers,horror,L4D,toilet?hahas..
its really funny and had really a nice chat~hahas..
than i think i really need to purchase a proper first aid kit..
alif's passing me the guide book for first aid!cool~
i have no knowledge about it..suddenly been appoionted as a medic..
rush home...and wash up..and discover that the double s sos
subbed only till ep3.. really scary!!and freaky~had been watching
for the past few days..it really teaches me like how to
handle ppl in difficult and helpless situation//
and its abit bout the brain and pyscology?though its freaky..
after that also have watch jin~wired and abit;little scary also
the embryo suddently open the eyes//>seen the mushups i post above^^ gaga and brown eyes girls~bad romance!
and heart beat chip munk version>< very funny have *cough*xD
tmr also have to purchase book^^ask ppl around me all buy already.
val leaving malacca tmr~and she bought her books already..
yesterday..which i went out wif mz~than nvr buy wif her~
lets see how it goes~unpreditatble~:D
