wha!!my very first "proper" vid of a 7c+ climb..

the route is seriously carzy..quite cool though can stick
your leg into the hole..theres a part where he nearly fall..
where he just give his "just go" dynamic throw grabbing the rock

ever since ive sort of "retire" from rock climbing i really
don know much about the competition which they participated in my club..
but its alright^^sometimes its redundant..
but i realised can read zhining to know more about it^^hahas..

ive begin to watch autumn concerto hahas..yini into me..nicenice.~
zhining is a gal which appreciates her attitude towards climbing!
shes one junior of mine!last time when i was still climbing..
it was the extreme period where all the competition are happening..
and zhining is like the only sec2 junior which always turns up for
training no matter how many sessions our club is asking for while
the sec2 cohort is really small..ive ask her why,,
and she tells me that she likes climbing and don mind attending
all even though sometimes its depressing as we are taking our baby
steps in climbing,whenever we fall it is not a good feel to stand up again..
but this attitude of her gave her now a better climber!
shes now climbing better than me already!what a accomplishment!
it is heart-work that pays off and a single love for the sport
really can take u a distance to where u can be in future!success.
after stopping climbing ive realized that ive been climbing
most of the time using pure strength which is wrong..
theres much more techniques to learnt!
and ive realised that every training i will surely learnt a lesson~
this meaningful sport of climbing though its over long hours but its worth!

that it is important to really know the meaning of the song
like understand the lyrics of the songs..as i usual
ignore all the hassle as i dont really understand most of the
meaning of the lyric of my beloves korean pop..
which only makes me idolized them..

appreciating comptempory dance alot these days as the rock climbers
have come up with a sort of project which helps to team build
and each group have to come up with a song and dance it!
within the groups have members with all the secs~hahas..xD
